I loved Singapore. I am not sure if the laws have changed since I was there, but at that time Porn was illegal and prostition was legal as long as it was in a brothel(massage parlor). It was also illegal to smoke in any building, and the had designated smoking areas outside.
The place was very clean. But I guess the threat of being caned for littering will help keep the place clean.
