The are available via the combat attributes monitor. To find that click 'Powers' on your power tray then 'Combat Attributes'. The are at the bottom of the 'Base' section.

Badging character: Bimble on the Union server, Badgehunter.com and City Info Tracker.
they are combat attributes and can be viewed by clicking on the word power on top of your power tray and then clicking combat attributes at the top of that window. when you see one you want to keep up on screen, right click on that attribute and click view (whatever it is that you want to view).

I was looking at screenshots of the costume contest winner for 2008. I saw she had a tray up showing different experience information next to her target window.
