COX wont load stuck at splash screen.

Not sure whether you've tried this, but you shouldn't be running in compatibility mode at all. It should be turned off. Leave the checkmark in "Run as Administrator".
I upgraded to Win7 64 and COX wont completely load now. It sticks at the splash screen after the character selection screen. It doesn't matter which character, server or where they were left (ie KR, GV, PI), it gets to the screen where it is loading say KR and will not go past that screen. The tips still appear and change, the sound is fine, but the blue bar will not go past about 1/2" inch. I went to Nvidia and downloaded (195.62) and installed the latest drivers, did the same with Creative for the audio card. I have turned off the firewall, updated all the antivirus software and tried loading in compatibility mode with the administrator checked. I tried loaded in safe mode also with the same results. I even uninstalled COX and reinstalled it. I have plenty of RAM, 6GB. I don't know what else to try, short of wiping the drive and starting over. Any help would be appreciated.
