Accidentally deleted my channels/tabs

I am pretty bad about clicking randomly while running or fighting, and I somehow deleted my "global" channel, so I am not seeing any of the enemy dialog, as well as some other things, I can't find a channel to add called Global or default...
So which one should I add back, or what should I put into one that I create?
And since I am here asking questions how do you all usually arrange your chat bars, xp bar, trays etc.....?
and how do I take a screenshot with the my menus and stuff visable?

Log onto a character that has the tabs set up the way you like.

Go to menu, options. Scroll to the bottom of the first (default) tab for the options window. At the bottom will be three settings with Save or Load defualt buttons. One is for windows, another chat chat, hit "save" then go to your character with the messed up settings and hit "load" (windows first, then chat).
