Full Attack Chain... 3 Powers?

My Defender has 2 attacks. 2 at level 20, not counting Veteran Rewards. Those 2 attacks do me just fine, and have thus gotten me through the game with him.
Of course, that attack chain goes right out the window once you hit big groups of things like Reapers, Morts, and Marksmen. Those stacked slows from the crossbows and cold rays are killer.

This is what makes Marksmen my number 1 most hated mob type in the entire game, trumping even Sappers and Dark Ringmistresses.

With Sappers and DRMs at least you generally only face 1 of them at any given time (unless on a large team, where you should have the tools you need to deal with them anyhow).

Council Marksmen however are all over the freaking palace, from like level 5 all the way to 50. I've come across entire spawns full of nothing BUT Marksmen and maybe a single Lt.

When you're at the -recharge cap, there's really not much you can do except die a slow painful death.
