The Zeroeth Archetype
Uh...
Those are Origins. Not Archtypes.
Kheldians are Natural and Science origin, while VEATs are all Natural origin.
I....I'm confused. I think I just blew a cerebral coil looking at that.
But, Brawl for the first three powers? Uh, no. Just no.
This really doesn't sound like a good idea. If it is what I think it is, which Im not sure it is, then it is immensely broken.
GG, I would tell you that "I am killing you with my mind", but I couldn't find an emoticon to properly express my sentiment.

Sounds like trying to flesh out the old Man builds into an AT. Which might be interesting, but I very much doubt enough people would play one for it to be worth any time developing.
On the other hand, now I have a bunch of Vet powers, I might just try running a Power Pool only alt again
However, it turned out that Smith was not a time-travelling Terminator
I would love for you to find out how a character can survive only on power pools and multiple brawl powers. They would be gimped beyond comparison, and would serve no purpose on a team. Pathetic attacks, mediocre heals, and a bunch of sub-par utility powers. Doesn't sound like a very good mix-up to me.

Got Inf?
We all know the archetypes, in order, according to Percy:
1) Magic
2) Mutant
3) Technology
4) Science
5) Natural
Two more, Peacebringer and Warshade, are unlocked at level 50.
However I would like to suggest another:
0) Null / Void archetype
It would be jack of all trades and a master of the power pools. We all know of famous superheroes who only powers are those listed in the power pools. The N/V AT would reflect that.
Gamewise, the N/V would NO access to any of the other AT powers, but in return would have access to ALL power pools. More specifically, the N/V would NOT be limited to the number of power pools they can have powers from. Level restrictions would be the same:
Level 6 to access the first and second powers of any pool
Level 14 to access the third power, provided you've chosen one of the first two powers.
Level 20 to access the fourth power, provided you've chosen two other pool powers.
Wait, what about the first few levels BEFORE level 6?
There the N/V would have access to MULTIPLE Brawls:
Level 1: Two Brawls
Level 2: Another Brawl
Level 4: Another Brawl
Alternatively the N/Vs could access new special power pool:
Brawling
--Right Hook
--Left Hook
--Right Kick
--Left Kick
The attacks would all be identical to brawl but use different animations. The player would simply pick any two attacks at level 1, a third at level 2 and the final at level 4.
Also the N/V would have permanent access to the temporary power: Rock--only they could slot it for range, damage, accuracy and recharge.
Epic Powers
Again, the N/V would be able to access any Epic Power pool beyond one, but the level restrictions would still apply:
Level 41: Any of the first tier epic powers would be available.
Level 44: Any of the second tier epic powers, if one of the first tier had been picked.
Level 47: Any of the third tier epic power, as long as two epic powers had been picked.
Early Epic Powers:
The Epic Powers could be unlocked earlier than level 41 but that's IF the N/V has 4 power pools completed--or at least has four of the final power in 4 different Power Pools (e.g. if you have Phase Shift, Whirldwind, Stamina and Team Teleport, you could unlock the Epic Powers).
In that case picking the Epic powers early would be as such:
1st tier Epics: Available once the Epic Powers are unlocked.
2nd tier Epics: Available when one of the 1st tier Epic powers are picked.
3rd tier Epics: Available when two Epic Powers are picked.
IOW: One could unlock Epic Powers at level 30:
Power Pool A: Pick two powers at levels 6 and 8
Power Pool B: Pick two powers at levels 10 and 12
Power Pool C: Pick two powers at levels 14 and 16
Power Pool D: Pick two powers at levels 18 and 20
Power Pool A: Pick fourth pool power listed at level 22
Power Pool B: Pick fourth pool power listed at level 24
Power Pool C: Pick fourth pool power listed at level 26
Power Pool D: Pick fourth pool power listed at level 28
Epic Powers available at level 30.
Well, what do you think?
-- Ken from Chicago
P.S. Yes, I know, you could started picking the fourth pool power for Power Pools at level 20, but even if you picked the fourth pool power for Power Pools A thru C, at levels 20, 22 and 24, you'd still have to pick another power for Power Pool D at level 26 and the fourth power from Power Pool D at level 28. It still would take until level 30, just that writing it would be less elegant.
