Best primary for Regen in PvP/PvE

So what primary would go best with Regen if Im planning a 60/40 split between PvP and PvE? Is this order correct for PvP - FM>BS>Spine>Kat?

Depends, for Dueling BS/Katana > Fire for Zone Fire rules them all.

Pretty much correct. Some players like Spines because of the slows and ranged attacks
