Under options, there is a 'window scale' slider. Sliding it up past 100% will make the UI bigger.
You can adjust the chat window size by dragging the side of the window. If you tune the window scale slider to 149%, every window will be universally larger, which might not be what you want. Does your "big" monitor can go up to 1080xsomething? 
So, I got a new PC, with a bigger monitor. And CoH runs great on it, but I am having an issue, and maybe someone can help me.
I turned the graphics up to 1080 something (the one at the top, that uses my full screen) and the game looks great. Really really great.
But, the chat and windows were all really tiny, so I expanded them up to 149%. And now all my friends lists are getting cut off at the bottom, so I cant see which of my friends are on anymore.
Is there any way to resolve this?
