You have come a long way Bobby. That is a great improvement and it's cool to see the progression over the years... way to redeem yourself. 
Actually my main problem wasn't so much the bad drawing and coloring, it was more of a case of, what the heck am I doing?! I had owned photoshop 5 for a while, but was just getting my way around it. My blending was for total shite, and my wife hadn't informed me yet to uncheck a little bitty hidden box in Illustrator's Brush tool, which made ALL the difference...
I plan to color this with Eddy's technique, but I have to finish some other pieces, in various stages, and the wife is making me draw Xmas stuffs... she's in charge, so this will have to wait. Thanks CR and Pyro for the comments!
It's a wee bit sloppy, but I likes the face!
