You have to find the right place to right click, though. If the extra toolbars are full of powers, then you need to right click on the bar itself, not on one of the power icons.

Sometimes when I log in there's a stray powa bar kicking around on the screen for some reason.
So I am very new and I clicked the + button a lot and now I have like 8 power bars open but I cant click out of them.. does anyone know how to fix this.. Thanks.
