Don't think it's quite the same as what's in the scoop, unless you're thinking of the interviews (which seemed to fizzle before the CS's hiatus, IIRC.)
As far as the OP - who I think is thinking of the City Vault - who would choose these? (I do mean for both who's in it, and who chooses which to show each week.) Are these just random shots? These would be put on the website themselves? Is this roughly just a costume contest (without prizes except for being picked?) Would there be one for both hero and villain, given the name "hero of the week?"
How do we know it's not just a Loyalist plot to create some sort of hit list?
I have no idea if it is indeed possible, but i would like to have a new update for the website. Before we were allowed to upload images of our characters ourselves to the website to use [think it got on the backburner then], but would it be possible for the company to randomly pick out a character from ingame showing off their costume/name/AT?
Just a small feature but one i think would help increase the healthy mood of the community.
