Help my improve my fire/mental

My goal was a soft-cap to sm/leth and ranged fire/mental build with a decently high recharge. This is the best I could come up with. I don't like the low accuracy in drain psyche. Any suggestions?

I was under the impression that +4s took 183%ish accuracy to cap. Mids is only showing 143%.

I am not sure what your numbers mean. However, changing the base to-hit in Mids to 39 (which is the base to -hit vs. +4s) instead of 75 gives the exact same result as my previous post, so I am pretty sure I got the maths correct.
