You need each of the four pieces of special Halloween Salvage earned by defeating "Trick" enemies spawned from knocking on doors.

That said, however, it IS a good idea to stock up on as many sets as possible during the Halloween Event, because no matter how expensive they are later on, they're available totally FREE right now (simply by defeating ToT enemies).

Trick or Treating is the best time to just stock up cause prices will go up. But yeah you can buy them at WW and take them to the witch in croa to recieve your extra costume slot. Happy Trick or Treating

So in order to get one before level 20..You need to craft all of the costume pieces..?All the wings and boots??Is that right?
