I have a Invuln/WM build and am looking to move way from normal IOs to sets.

So any information or link to info would be appreciated.

It depends a lot on what you'd like to accomplish with your IO sets. Probably the most common route to take for Invul currently is to soft-cap defense. Call_Me_Awesome's Guide is a good place to start:

If you are looking for other types of set bonuses--recharge, recovery, regen, etc.--let us know and I'm sure someone can point you in the right direction.

I will give it a read and post back if I have more questions.

I did a quick build for you to import into Mids. It gives you an idea of how to soft cap an invun wm. It follows the same guidelines as Call_Me_Awesome's guide.

I left a bunch of powers blank and you can fill them in as your budget allows. If you have the money, replace the Common Defense IO's with Luck of the Gamblers to up your recharge.

Good luck! Soft capped invuns are extremely fun.

It seems a very odd choice to 6-slot Invinc with Gaussian's; by not slotting it for defense you're leaving a lot of defense on the table. You've got five slots in Build-Up, why not stick another slot in it and put the Gaussian's there?

By slotting Invinc with Defense, you won't need that second set of Oblit to soft-cap S/L, and it can be replaced with 3 slots of Eradication that will get you nearer the soft-cap for E/NE. I'd also recommend taking Whirling Mace and slotting it with Eradication; AoE is one of WM's specialties, so you might as well take advantage of it.

I use this sometimes when goofing around with various builds.
Just find what a power takes and see what fits best with the overall build goals, recharge/regen etc.

I don't know what his budget is like and Erads are pretty pricey but your ideas definitely are very good.

IME, the Erads I'd recommend--Damage, Dam/Rchg, Acc/Dam/Rchg--are far less expensive than a full set of Oblits.

One of the advantages of going for typed rather than positional defense bonuses is that you can often avoid really high-priced IOs since you don't need a full set.

That doesn't apply to Kinetic Combat, unfortunately, but it does work for Erad.
