You are in fact wrong. Set bonuses do carry over into the forms. Any Set Bonuses you have from human form will apply in Nova and Dwarf. Any Set Bonuses you have in the Nova will carry over to human and into Dwarf. And so on and so forth.

hey all, im new to the pb scene and decided to knock the dust off my lvl 22 pb. so what i wanted to know, and im pretty sure i know the answer is, do set bonuses from lets say human form carry over to nova or dwarf mode? i would say no since the powers from the human form would be "not available" meaning, the set bonuses used wouldnt work either. i tried searchin the forums but they hate me or something and say "you cannot make another search at this time", thanks all.
im hoping im wrong since id like to get some range defense for nova form and like to add to my max hp
