ACC = Elustivity and Tohit = Defense. SS will hit anything because of the crazy amount of tohit you can get on the toon. What toon are you trying to get alot of acc on??
It was to be on a Scrapper and a Blastet....
the % i mentioned was including Rage.

In Zonal pvp, what Accuracy % would you be looking to achieve on a build to pretty much make sure you negate def based toons.
I have a tank that pretty much hits all with Rage, her total % in KO blow is 280%
Is this a good figure to aim for?
