DM/ELEC stalker help

Alright I decided to make a new stalker to play around with. I had some great success with my Nb/regen stalker, so I decided to make a little bit of a tougher stalker to play which is an /elec stalker. I think with siphon life and energize I should not be in much of a problem with healing. Although I am looking for help smoothing out my build it is a bit rough on the surface.

Couple quick thoughts (I'll try to get back later with a bit more detail, on my way out right now)

1-I would move powersink up, a lot. Power sink is VERY nice, fully slotted it gets you half an end bar back per enemy every 30 seconds.

2-In combination with above (and energize) you really don't need stamina. You of course still can take it if you want, but it's far from needed.

The powers are frankensloted, mostly.
I would try to go for more recharge, it's not /bad/, but getting closer to perma energize seems like a good idea.

Two slot in hurdle is basically an waste, and the drainlife could get more damage. A nice way is to slot with 3 Nucleolous if you can afford them, and then frankenslot Heal/rech/end. Other than that, it's a good build, will work


Edit:

I forgot, you don't really need the +stealth IO for pve, and if the build is going to be pvp too, you will need stealth on top of the IO and hide.
