I've been working on this build for my 50 scrapper which I consider my main character. I don't pvp so this will be purely for pve purposes. My primary objective is to get all the typed defense (well not psi, for that I just rely on DP, heals from Siphon Life, and hitpoints). My second goal is endurance management, and third being hitpoints. Finally, I aim to get as much global recharge as possible in order to have a nice, speedy attack chain (though I don't think I'll reach any benchmarks with my build).

I happen to have most of this build complete, minus the HOs, obliteration, and the LoTG pieces. Any advice on how to tighten up this build, or if things need switching around in order to achieve the same goals I've set would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
