Tesla's only real use is the -recovery. Since you already have the best one in the game in heat ex, you can probably get by without tesla.
Tesla cage is vital to fill the gaps when he is down or misses, imo. Slot it for end mod, and proc it for damage. Like it, love it, cherish it.

Im building an ele/therm corr for pvp primarily for dueling. I chose Levi and acquired sharkskin, spirit shark, and coralax. From what i understand i now have two holds in Tesla and Spirit Shark... Can i ditch TC to get Forge for my pet?
