Respawn on arena

So since latest patch for some reason every time person respawns instead of standing character plays awaken inspiration slow stand up animation. I don't think it is working as intended, i mean, what is the point to give phase timer on respawn if i spend it on standing up?

2. why is it possible to get heat ex perma in pvp but Heat loss has much longer rech time and low rec buff that doesn't help any vs heat ex. Hey, sry but for power that has rech time 6 min base it could do more (especially since slows are not of importance anymore). Colds don't have self heal, have long rech time on powers.

3. Can you FINALLY fix ice blast, why flurry does dmg of 3 of main attacks from set together??? WHY any tanker does 2 full attacks chains from ice blast corrs with just 1 attack????? Oh wait, anything does more dmg than ice blast (except forts maybe). It is 1 year already since i13 was launched and NOTHING was done for ice blast.

Sad part, it all prolly gonna fall again on deaf ears since i am not korean RPer who sits 24/7 under the globe playing cat girl :/

Those aren't koreans thier 14 year old american boys and 30 year old plus men from around the world. The koreans are out farming gold everyone knows that.
