On the Force Fields powers, it looks like Force Bubble is overslotted, take off one. Also, Force Bolt really doesn't need knockback in it, you could replace that with another recharge perhaps or move the slot somewhere else? Force Bolt is just fine with the one slot, and I wouldn't put anything other than one accuracy and as much recharge as you like in it.

Everything else looks fine from here.

I really like having recharge in Force Bubble. I find it very helpful to turn it off and then back on several seconds later in many circumstances, and the base 15 second recharge is just too long for that.

Moonbeam not slotted for damage seems underwhelming. I think I'd swap it out for Dark Pit.


Why Blasters? Empathy Sucks.
So, you want to be Mental?
What the hell? Let's buff defenders.
Tactics are for those who do not have a big enough hammer. Wisdom is knowing how big your hammer is.

Obviously its a matter of choice but with mine I've gone for the fighting pool to make the build more survivable.
With the two team bubbles, Dispersion bubble and Maneuvers the team is capped to most damage types, adding the fighting pool increases my own survivability - I've not put a build into Mids but should easily be able cap def to Ranged and Melee.

As I said a matter of choice.
