Pargon City - Independence Port - October 11, 2009

It was noon in Independence Port and I was getting nervous. You see I am the one that plans, announces, and advertises Sisterhood events. GEL is the one with the knowledge and leadership, which is why she runs the events.
GEL had to go to work today which meant I was going to have to run my own event.

People were showing up and I was trying to get a count and jot down names. We had 9 people and when we started discussing the TF people started volunteering to sit out the Task Force.
I asked them to please wait that we would try to get one more person then we could run 2 teams of 5.

Infernal of The Crimson Order stepped up and said he would lead the 2nd team. He sent out an invite via their global channel and I hit up SisterhoodFriends channel.
In short order we had 1 full team of 8 and 1 team of 7 and decided to turn it into a task force race.
The 2 teams left Sister Psyche at 12:37 Pacific time.

The winning team with a time of 1 hour 43 minutes consisted of....

Infernal on Crimson Training Bot
CannonBall Run on Serendib Djinn
Kraven McKormic on Agent Solarflare
Tinkerbel on TeamBuffPet
Placeholder on Tyger Tyger
Paul Metcalfe on Pink Cadillac
LauryAnn(DT-LAUR) on Krynie Twasaye

The second place time finished with a time of 2 hours and 9 minutes.

Outlaw Woman on Lady Lizzy
Aoide on Muse of Song
Runi on Mr. P
Doc Midknight on Nether Raven
Energizing Ion on Metalmorph
Star-Blazer on Cassandra Couture
Legarial on Tahmilia
Beelze Bubba on Beelze Bubba

I want to thank everyone that came out to support this Sisterhood event. I hope everyone had a good time. Special thanks to Infernal for assisting with the running of the race.

I would also like to thank The LEGION and The Crimson Order for turning out to support our little event.

Thank you all and I look forward to our next Task Force. Watch for the announcement.

It was a lot of fun. I really apprieciate that care was taken to include everyone who turned out.

Special thanks to Infernal and team for putting up with my poor Tyger Tyger, a MA/Fire single-target scrapper who spent most of the time flat on her back from knockback (when she wasn't DC'd). Despite the Tyger Tyger handicap, we still finished first -- and had a lot of fun in the process!
