I am rolling this scrapper for pure test purposes to see it's usefulness and if I can make it perform top tier. I am going for a ranged scrapper here but since Scrappers and all melee toons ranged attacks are sub par I tryed to proc the living crap outta everything. I think this is gonna be really interesting to say the least and any opinions on the subject are welcome.

i have a spines scrapper that performs really well, main problems are 'good' corrs, and 'good' brutes, doms are easy, as are stalkers, and a lot of brutes cant keep up with an uber proced spines scrap. i just use impale, barb swipe and flurry.
