Anyone else have problems after installing Rogers Online Protection?

Okay, I've already sent off an e-mail to support@coh.com, but want to ask this here. I finally installed Rogers Online Protection software, after it seems that the latest ZoneAlarm update disabled it entirely.

I can access all the way to the login, and then the server listing. However, after that, any server I try to log to I get "Can't connect to DBserver". I've checked, and all programs associated with COH have full access under the protection software.

Who else has experienced this problem, and how was it solved?

ROP includes a firewall, that might be the problem. If they do have a firewall running, you can try disabling it to see if that's the problem.

Or, name a port to use.

Yep, that's what I've had to do for now. And the even sadder thing is that I went into the ZoneAlarm folder in Programs...and there's NO uninstall icon.
