Custom Critters : shields broken

Currently shield using custom critters will not use Phalanx Fighting or Grant Cover on test.

I am an ebil markeeter and will steal your moneiz ...correction stole your moneiz. I support keeping the poor down because it is impossible to make moneiz in this game.

That's been happening pretty much since MA came out.
