Clear skys and a chance of LAG STORMS

not sure if it's been asked yet, but here we go

last night I don't know maybe midnight? (PST), I was in the rogue Isles, and on a dock , alone and no combat or events happening.. when WHAM, lag storm hit, i mean it was asif i were in the middle of a rikti invasion battle, but without the people effects or rikti, I only had the lag

well I rebooted and came back in, same place but it seemd to have moved on, i was still alittle laggy but figured it was shock HAHAHA

ok well today I loged in .. Hero side ( I know *Gasp* right?), anyways, my character was in the kings Row police sttion, alone, no fighting, no events and ... WHAM.. lag storm, ( proveing it's not a wether event haha indoors, nevermind), anyways, what could be causeing this?, and why is the CoX, worlds getting somuch lag latelly?, my system never had this bad of lag before here ( I mean in the CoX a a whole)

what can be causeing this?, is the CoX world ending? and these are the Signs of the distruction of the universe?

do i have to get a sign and run around , " the sky is falling the sky is falling"?
