My understanding of Patrol XP is that you get half the XP of the mob added to your XP gain. That amount is then subtracted from your saved up Patrol XP. Normal mobs only, not in AE.
However, it seemed to me that patrol XP was going away quicker than I expected, so wanted to test this.
Beat up some clocks with a lvl 19 scrapper in a mission (if that matters).
XP increased by 729. Patrol XP went down by 1,458?
