Fire / Mental Blaster Build Advice
For one easy thing: See if you can find a place for an anti-KB IO of any type. You only need an extra slot in either a defense power, a resistance power, or a travel power. That would eliminate the need to take and run Acrobatics freeing up a power.
Also, I'd look at maybe finding another place or two to slot a Chance for Hold proc because the mag of that hold, if it fires, won't be enough to hold bosses. IME, I generally wind up using Blaze on bosses left over from my AoE assault. If you can somehow stack two holds, you will hold that boss.
While healing IOs are good place holders until you can get the resources together, I find that the Numina Unique, Miracle Unique, and Regen Tissue Uniques do more. Those three slotted into your Health, will both increase your regen and your recovery.
Okay, I played with the build a little more this time slotting DP for heals and Health to back up. I removed Acro and replaced with stealth. I also removed several of the sets and replaced with purples and LOTG recharges. Please take a look and critique.
