I had this problem for a few minuets but I was also haveing lots of lag issues and other starange random bugs. I just logged off and restarted and everything seemed to work fine.
Yeah, I was hoping it would fix itself but its been a week now,and getting very annoying.
Nothing like a Blaster soloing a group with the new difficulty system and now knowing when youe Insprations have expired

The problem is that you have "Stop sending all buffs" set to Enabled. Just disable that and you'll be fine.
Excellent example of why it's good to include a screenshot of your issue, when seeking help.

An odd thing happened the other day.
When I exited a mission My active power Icons were gone,and for the life of me I can't seem to get then back.
Now this isn't just my auto powers that are gone but all active powers and buffs.
In the pic I have 3 powers activated Sprint,Super speed,and Combat jump.
Auto powers aren't hidden but there not showing.
Team buffs aren't showing In the team window.
Oddly self destruct "A power I don't have" shows up in my powers,don't know is this is a random bug or the root of the problem?
Any help would be much appreciated.
