What's going on with Chat?

For the passed 15 minutes or so on Guardian (and I presume the other servers), Globals have been really screwy.

People are able to chat in public and private channels one minute and not the next. It's even borking the user's name in the chat.

Help Channel isn't affected.

Anyone else out there having issues?

I keep getting:

We had that same problem last week. The Global server is struggling to remain up... and sane. This might not get fixed until Monday morning's server maintenance.
