There was another thread in the Technical/bugs section that had the same problem. Short answer is that since the store is down, any purchased or vet slots are unavailable. Once the store is back up, the slots will be reopened. There's some kind of cross-checking that takes place to make sure you're supposed to have the extra slots you have open, and when the store is wonky, that check doesn't happen, so it temporarily locks the slots out.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

All of my veteran slots that I have accumulated on champion server currently say "Unavailable". I deleted a toon that was on a veteran slot and I am unable to create a new toon. Anyone else having that problem?
