No Available Slots After Deleting a Toon

That happens when the NCSoft Store is down, which it is right now. The store keeps tracks of your empty, extra slots so it knows what you're eligible to purchase. Until the store comes back online you have no access to any empty, extra slot past the original twelve. When the store comes back online, the extra, empty slots will reappear.

I don't have any available slots on Infinity so I deleted a toon to create a new one. After deleting the slot I didn't have any slots available. The store was down at the time so I guess it had some relation why I couldn't make a new toon from the slot that I deleted.
Next day I logged on to find that I had an available slot -- cool.
Girlfriend's account is full on Infinity as well and she wanted to reroll a toon. Deleted a slot and found that she had the same problem I did 'cept that was 2 days ago.
We both sent petitions, btw.
