Nothing needs IOs. Stalkers can do fine with just a stealth IO. Support can do alright on a low budget too, just make sure you get accolades for +hp and other stuff. Zones don't really require super awesome builds because really, its whoever has the most people, or stacked teams, that will win the zone. Unlike the arena.
ive had the most fun on my kat/regen scrapper. ive respecd alot and finally got into the build i like. im almost sure ive spent less the 200m on him so far, but only have 4 complete sets, got plenty more get. but just to go to rv and hang with the big dogs, I really have alot of fun with isokilla. catch ya on the flipside -codoc

By fun I mean one that can survive in zone and actually make some kills.
