Go WP. Since you're a new player, WP will be easier to play. Just take High Pain Tolerance, either Mind Over Body or Fast Healing (you will eventually take both, but one of them can be taken later), Indomitable Will at level 10, Rise to the Challenge at 16 and Quick Recovery at 20. Mix in your electric melee primary when you can and take a travel power when you can.
Well /regen and /WP will go great with Elec melee. Now /WP is the easyer set to play but I don't like it that much. It is just click and go not a lot of thinking to do. If you take all the power but the last 2 you will be find. So people love /WP some people don't, if you just want to kill then /WP will be better. Now /Regen is one of my fav to play. /Regen is a very active set and that is why I like it. It is not the best for new players but it is still a good set and really doesn't take long to learnd to play it well.

Hello! im fairly new to this game, an lookin for a bit of help. With I16 customization and the new elec melee on scrappers i was pretty excited to make one! However my first attempt was an Elec melee/elec armor an i didnt lik it at all. However, i fell in love with my concept and costume. Plus elec melee wasnt the problem really. So now im at it again!
My main question is what would be good to pair with elec melee for a fun experience? i was thinkin either /regen or /WP
p.s. as i am new, i tend to "break" toons sometimes because i dont have enough experience with building toons. if someone could plz give me advice as to whether elec/wp or elec/regen would be better an mayb post a Mids build for me to follow (wit SO plz, im poor)
