Lore Question: Who is the current mayor of Paragon City?

The current mayor (At least as of 2005, which seems to be the last time he was specifically referenced from what I've been able to tell) is Mayor Morales. Sadly, there's not a whole lot of information on him but he seems to be the generic "good" mayor who does whatever he can to help the populace and the hero population. I DID manage to find a speech by him waaaaaaay back from the end of the first Halloween event, though. I couldn't find it on the site itself but I was able to find it in the news section of the IGN page, which apparently directly quoted the CoH site.
Dear citizens of Paragon City,
Evil has not prevailed. The light has returned and a new dawn breaks over a bloodied but unbowed city. The forces of destruction, unleashed by those who would see our world enslaved by eternal night, have met their match in the courageous deeds and sacrifices of the heroes who protect Paragon City. As mayor of this great city, I wish to extend the gratitude of its citizens to all the heroes who placed themselves in harm’s way to protect our way of life.
In their reckless and blind attempt to harness powers best left buried and forgotten, the enemies of liberty and freedom have only strengthened our resolve to combat evil in whatever form it appears—in our cherished city and beyond. Though the light has returned and the nightmare shattered, we must not rest on our laurels. Our enemies have been defeated, true, but they have not been eliminated. They will reorganize. They will seek unholy alliances. They will bide their time and watch for our guard to fall. This will not happen. This city and its stalwart heroes will remain a constant bulwark against the fall of eternal darkness.

You'd think with a game called "City of Heroes", the mayor would be a little more involved in the storytelling. :/
I'm doing some research for an interactive RP story happening on Virtue. And while I can find some general history of former Mayor Spanky Rabinowitz, I'd like to know who the current mayor of Paragon is; and if there's any further information on him/her I can read to further educate myself.
