Well, I've done some research (Which was difficult considering the lack of pvp guides on PBs ) and I've come up with this build. This build is mostly Human/Dwarf, and I think it would be a pretty good combo for pvp. I didn't get Bright Nova because the lack of defense seemed kind of stupid to me.

Also, I'm not sure about all the travel powers. I heard someone say that you need SS and SJ in order to be truly mobile in pvp, but I already have the inherent fly. I'm starting to think that having all 4 travel powers is a little bit much (Dwarf teleport counts too!).

I was thinking I would go into pvp in human form and most of my damage would stem from the 4 attacks IDS/RS/PS/SF (Incandescent Strike, Radiant Strike, Photon Seekers and Solar Flare) I would only really enter Dwarf form if I need another heal b/c my human one is recharging or if I am looking for some extra def (Chances are if I am looking for the def boost, I'll just use light form, but w/e). Dwarf is really just for the heal since I don't believe that slotting Dwarf skills is beneficial in pvp. If I'm wrong about the Dwarf please tell me but from what I know, Peacebringers can do decent in pvp in human form.

Oh yeah and this build seems really end heavy, if anyone has any ideas on how to reduce that, I would like to hear.

Actually, contrary to what you think, nova form is rediculous for pvp. Some people are strict Nova using human form for only heals, QF and IS.

I don't know PBs, a few people around here do though, the only remarkable PB ive seen around though is Dawun. There is a thread deeper in the pvp boards about PB builds, i suggest you look through a few pages.

So I guess not much people use Dwarf in pvp huh?

Dwarf's good for 3 things:

1. Self-heal
2. Taunt
3. Teleport

Basically you'll only want to be in Dwarf to fire off that second heal, to disrupt a damage spike via taunt, or get out of a sticky situation (assuming you can time it around travel suppression) via teleport.

So If slotted the Dwarf form damage is still minimal right?

you don't need to time teleport. You just need to spam it while travel surpressed, if ur free for a fraction of a second, u'll get out of there. I've seen both good human PBs and Nova ones. No real experience so i'm not going to advise anything.

Um...What? All I want to know is if the White Dwarf form can do reasonable damage in pvp if slotted correctly, I never asked about timing teleport.

no u didn't. Mac mentioned it. I was answering him while teaching anybody that read it. And if u want to be good in pvp it's something u should know regardless.

No reason to answer the question about the white dwarf. It's like asking if you can do "reasonable" damage only using brawl/boxing/jab. You should use haymaker and KoB because you'll do more damage.

You have the choice to pick human/nova which do much more damage. Use those. Dwarf wasn't ment for damage. And mac already listed the only things the dwarf form is good for, damage isn't one of them, don't depend on it for damage.
