A lot of times an Ouroboros contact will just give you the badge mission, so you don't even have to slog through the rest of the arc to get to it. Or the badge mission will be the first one given, with a similar result.

Use Ouroboros that's what its there for.
Have you got to lvl 40? Without doing arcs? Missed a Important badge needed for an accolade? I suggest Mission Exempter if your contact is lvl 15-19 But to high to talk to him the mish will exempt you down to 19 so you can run his arcs! So you wont have to ask a lower lvl to run specific arcs just so you can get the badge
