Rad blast/Pain dom

So here is my problem. Most toons I have I can IO out fairly well. This is the only AT+Powerset that is an enigma to me, damage is meh and survivability is pretty bad with the way I currently have it. Can a few players that zone PVP with their Pain dom corr, throw me some builds. Not just powers to pick up but sets and bonuses to go for, or just point me in the right direction.
Only looking for zone PVP builds.

Try the PvP section. They should have more PvP knowledge then the class forums usually have.
