IO Procs Level and Exemping

since you're in the supersecret area of mids tell them that Sprint in Mid's doesn't accept either of those sets if they don't already know? and you are really sure of this

I just checked in-game and when you hover over a travel power under allowed enhancement sets it says Universal Travel, but when you hover over Sprint it does not list Universal Travel as an allowed set
