loaded COH on new comp, won't play...

old computer crashed. but luckilly had a warrently. new everything later, I installed COH on the computer, downloaded the issue updates from the site.

but when i load a toon and try to zone in it just goes insanely slow and times out (locked comp up).

I think this happened to me a few years ago and i fixed it somehow, but can't remember how. is there a patch or something? or a setting i need to change? please help!

CoH Helper would be a good start as it will list a bunch of key items. For example, how much RAM you have, which would be my first question based on your problem.
