Stone/Dark Tanker: Any suggestions?
/Dark doesn't strike me as a very good complement to Stone/. /Fire has two PBAoEs, one of them quite sizable, allowing you to plunk yourself down in the middle of the spawn and just start burning while they flail about in Mud Pots. /Dark's strength is in quick, hard-hitting ST attacks - which require you to get into melee range with each enemy in turn, and while Stone/ has many strengths, mobility isn't one of them.
If you're going to stick with it, though, I would recommend slotting each attack for full damage, and using sets and powers to boost recharge. Slotting for debuff would be utterly redundant - against targets that can chew through Granite + Rooted, the debuffs from /Dark are not going to make the difference.

Why MA ratings should be changed from stars to "like" or "dislike"
A better algorithm for ordering MA arcs
As a bit of a disclaimer I'm not an expert at Dark Melee... I've never played the set. With that said if it were me I'd be looking for adequate accuracy, 95% damage and as much recharge as I can beg, borrow or steal. Don't bother with slotting for debuff, the amounts are fairly minor and if it's like the Defender Dark Blast set the actual debuff portion is pretty short, on the order of 5-10 seconds.
Looking over the set it's main benefits are the utility it provides via Siphon Life and Dark Consumption; both of which generally aren't issues a Stone tanker needs to worry a whole lot about.
I'm sure it will work but it's strong points aren't things a Stoner really needs that badly. It's also very strongly single target focused which could be an issue later on in your career. One of the things people tend to do with a Dark Melee character is build a buzzsaw build with enough recharge to spam SP, Smite, Siphon Life & Boxing as a chain for raw single target DPS... something Granite tends to interfere with.

Okay. Already had a Stone/Fire and it's shaping up to be an absolute monster.
So I figured I'd try Stone/Dark. Finding it a bit...well...underwhelming.
The Stone/ part I'm fine with. My defenses are right where they should be. It's just I'm at something of a loss as to the most efficient power selections and slotting for the /Dark right now.
Any of you doing Stone/Dark (or heck */Dark) have any suggestions for me?
Should I be slotting to max damage? Slotting to max debuff? Just max acc and recharge for maximum uptime in Granite?
