So I was messing around with all the customizable powers on test, when I really finally noticed something that I'd seen before, but only vaguely: there's virtually no ongoing visual FX for Pain Domination's powers! Conduit of Pain, World of Pain, Anguishing Cry, Painbringer, and Enforced Morale have no ongoing visual FX, even though they are ongoing buffs with fixed durations, outside of the general floating shields etc. I'd really like it if these powers got more vFX to help bring more flash to the set.
And for those of you who hate colors, you'd be able to turn those new FX off with power customization.
