She's a repeatable contact, like the Police Scanner/Newspaper. You'll run into others in the Rikti War Zone, Cimerora, and the Shadow Shard.
She's just there to get you up to the next level when you don't want to do any of your current contacts. No bug or glitch involved.
And she never gives a new contact.

So the new contact I have is Meg Mason. I have done multiple missions for her and she is maxed out and I can call her etc. The problem is she keeps giving me the same or similar missions but with different enemies.
I have twice now got the missions to kill "Darklight" and sometimes it gives me the exact same mission or the same mission but with different enemies. I have done about 5-10 of them. When does she give me a new contact or is it glitched?
