Issue 16: Power Spectrum - European Open Beta

We had been looking into ways to allow our European players to participate in the Issue 16 Beta and as a result, we have now been able to free up resources that are currently allocated to a different project. We will be using them to test any build or fix intended for the live servers and the Issue 16 Beta build will be applied onto the European Training Room in the coming days.

However, this is only a temporarily measure and if those resources are needed back before Issue 16 goes live, we will need to revert the European Training Room to the live build and you will lose access to the Issue 16 Beta. This may or may not happen but we need to make sure you are aware of it.

We would also like to apologize for the wait while we were looking into various alternatives and we hope that you will enjoy all the features that Issue 16 has to offer, while bearing in mind that this may be temporary.
