Ah, thank you, Hydro. Now I can sleep at night, knowing first of all that Chaos is out there stopping Casuals from purpling their 'Shades, and now he's doing it with stylin' insps.
And he's yelling like a banshee trying to mash F4 to pop a green and being prevented somehow.

I'd wanted one of these procs for my Fire/Kin and Fire/SS (low damage caps and all that, figure I might as well get more mileage out of 'em) but at the going rates they're just not worth it.
