Can't seem to access the Test Server

I'm getting the same message. Been getting it sence yesterday afternoon.
It's a bug. They're working on it.

Ok, I think my problem is different. I am getting the following error on 2 seperate computers, on both the normal game server, and the training server.
"The game client was unable to connect to the login server."
I get this error after I put in my password, and click login. I don't get to the server selection screen at all.
I was just on the test server, but now I'm getting some 'Your account name or password is incorrect.' message.
Anyone else?
Edit: Just changed to " There was a problem detected in the game database system, please contact Customer Support at http://support.cityofheroes.com."
