Hmmmm, as far as I was aware all it did was remove the untouchable status from him. My first attempt at him his regeneration was insane though the temp power was constantly used on him.

Did the 5TF the other day and one of the people on the team told us that the temp power stops Reichsman regenerating when he goes into Unstoppable. I had the power analyser temp power and hitting him with the temp power seemed to make no difference to anything at any point. Though I didn't check in the first few minutes of the battle (couldn't as the tank was in a rush and started wailing on him before we'd finished the mob outside the door). I thought that one of the devs said that the power is just to remove the aura right at the beginning that prevents him taking damage. So what is actually going on? |
I don't know that there are any better answers out there now.
I subsequently ran the Kaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahn! TF again about 10 days ago and the leader called for everyone to shoot Reichsie once at some point toward the end. I do not know if he had triggered some power like the Paragon Protectors do and that was signal to shoot him or if it even had any effect at all on him. About 7 minutes later, Reichsie was down and that was that. We had a /Kin AND a /Rad, and that may have had more to do with it than the temp power.
Sure would be nice if a redname could clarify this.
