Any way to reset video settings?

So i just got a new video card and everytime i start the game it's just pitch black.
This making me unable to change my video settings.

So i'm wondering if there is any way to reset the video settings outside of the game.

But also alerted me to a strange predicament, after this vid card upgrade my framerate has suffered immensly

Get your CoH Helper and Hijack This logs, and post them in the Tech Issues forum, where more tech-minded folks can help you with tweaking.

While in the Tech forum, take a peek at the "++ Common Solutions & Posting Guidelines ++" thread for some ... er ... common solutions.
