In the NCSoft Account Management section, go to Billing Summary. At the top, to the right, should be a box with "Add Card" (at least I'm guessing it says that, if you don't have a card on record. My screen says "Change Card") That should do what you're looking for.

Edit: Ok, I got around it. I had to start a new subscription, buy the token, and then cancel the subscription. I just hope no extra time will be added to my account as I like to take breaks now and then.

Hi, I want to rename one of my characters, but it says I need to have a credit card on file. I've looked around on my account page, but I can't see a link for adding my credit card information. There is a Credit Card on File section, but it says "none", and there's no button to update it. How the heck to I add my info?
