Build critique Power Blast/Thermal Rad

My gole is high recharge and damage. Healing/buffing is secondary.

Quite frankly I am quite underwhelmed with the resist sets none of them are very good at all.

I'm trying to keep it some what realistic to afford. I know the two purple sets I already have in there will be hard to get but other than them I am trying to keep the cost down.
